Is Deus Ex: Human Revolution smart vision supposed to see through walls?

Letitia says that if you get "magic eyes" (assuming she means smart vision) that you can see through weak walls to see what's on the other side. I got smart vision, but it's not helping me see though weak walls at all. I can track people and computer terminals through walls, but it's not helping me see where the walls are weak enough to break through. Is this how it's supposed to be?Is Deus Ex: Human Revolution smart vision supposed to see through walls?
You need to get the Break Through Walls arm augmentation for those walls to be highlighted.
