Not on you. The errors you and other augmented people experienced earlier in the game was just a ploy to scare people into swapping out their old biochips for the "improved" biochips. These new biochips were designed by Hugh Darrow, Zhao, and the Illuminati to control augmented people across the world from Panchaea; supposedly in case of a crisis. Hugh Darrow however, the father of modern augmentation technology, became disillusioned with his work and uses Panchaea to drive everyone with the new biochip insane.
